Top (five) 5 coaches in terms of victories in 2022

More than a month has passed, since the start of the 2022-23 season. A number of teams around Europe have picked up where they left off last season. Similarly, despite finishing strong last season, some clubs have struggled to get off to a good start this season.
Regardless 2022 has been a fruitful year for a number of coaches, who have led their respective clubs to victory or advancement. However, only a few of them have been able to win week after week.

On that subject, here are the five coaches that have the most wins in 2022 so far.
ANTONIO CONTE (18 WINS)
Since taking over as manager of Tottenham Hotspur in November of last year, Antonio Conte has altered the club’s goals.
The Italian manager has instilled more discipline, rigidity, and enthusiasm in a club that was failing under Nuno Espirito Santo. In 2022, Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min have found their scoring boots, while Eric Dier, Cristian Romero, and Ben Davies have strengthened their defense.
Similarly, this season’s signings of Richarlison, Yves Bissouma, Ivan Perisic, and others have provided much-needed squad depth.
As a result, it is no accident that Spurs are one of just two teams in the Premier League to have not lost a single game this season. Conte has won 18 of the club’s 28 games this season, which is a tremendous performance given the club’s dismal situation under prior management last year.
4. CARLO ANCELOTTI (18 WINS)
Carlo Ancelotti, who has managed clubs since the mid-1990s, has the Midas touch when it comes to managing famous personalities.
Real Madrid have ruled the roost this year because to his man-management talents and innovative tactics in important games.
This calendar year, the Spanish side won both the La Liga and the Champions League, thanks to outstanding performances in both competitions. Karim Benzema has bravely led the line behind a young frontline of Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo.

Despite losing Casemiro this summer, the midfield has looked sturdy since the acquisition of Aurelien Tchouameni and the tremendous effect of Federico Valverde. As a result, it is no coincidence that Don Carlo has won 18 of a possible 25 games in 2022.
3. PEP GUARDIOLA (18 WINS)

Manchester City have been rolling over teams for fun this season, and Pep Guardiola will be ecstatic with his team’s recent results.
The Citizens retained their Premier League title after losing in the Champions League semi-finals last season.
When you consider Liverpool was on their tail until the final day of the season, it was quite a feat in and of itself. Following that victory, City signed Erling Haaland to the squad, who has hit the ground running, to put it mildly.
This season, the Norway international has already scored 14 goals in all competitions, which is at least five more than the next top scorer in the Premier League. As a result, Guardiola’s already outstanding team suddenly appears unbeatable, leading to the Spanish manager winning 18 of 25 matches in 2022.
2. JURGEN KLOPP (18 WINS)
Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool have had a terrific year so far, despite a rocky start to the 2022-23 season, according to one managerial great.
The Reds are now suffering in the Champions League and have only nine points out of a potential 18 in the Premier League. But this is not how they ended last season, as they reached the finals of every competition in which they played.
Liverpool won the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup before losing to Real Madrid in the Champions League final. As previously said, they nearly pipped City to the league title after a stunning run of victories in the second part of the season.

As a result, despite a shaky start to the current season, Jurgen Klopp has won 18 of 25 matches in 2022.

1. XAVI HERNANDEZ (19 WINS)
Barcelona’s 2022 renovation has been nothing short of spectacular, with a significant part of the credit going to former player and current manager Xavi Hernandez.
The Spaniard had a fantastic playing career at the Nou Camp and is now rewinding the clock by assembling a club that is living up to its full potential. The Catalans finished second in the previous season, albeit 13 points behind the eventual champions Real Madrid. Regardless, they made a significant investment in the summer, bringing in some of the top players in the world, including Robert Lewandowski, Jules Kounde, and others.
Barcelona has 16 points out of a potential 18 points in La Liga thus far, with most summer newcomers settling in swiftly. As a result, Xavi has managed to win 19 of the 26 games that the Spanish team has played in 2022. The former midfielder is expected to remain at the top of this list until the end of the season, particularly if his team continues to do well in all competitions.
